Annual System Service Visit + Included Labor

Each year, a technician visits your home to inspect and service your system, including:

  • Full system inspection 
  • Testing and adjusting settings 
  • Water quality check 
  • Review of key components (softeners, filters, treatment units) 
  • Up to one hour of labor is included.

5 Bags of Salt + Flexible Options

Members receive five bags of standard water softener salt annually, delivered or provided during your service visit. Specialty salt upgrades are available for the price difference.

Priority Scheduling + Reduced Service Fees

Members are scheduled ahead of non-members, which can help during busy seasons or urgent situations. Diagnostic or trip fees may also be waived.

Ongoing Discounts on Repairs and Replacement

Membership includes:

  • 10% off labor 
  • 10% off parts and repair materials
